The graduating parade in Hadramout

A military ceremony was held today in the coastal city of Mukalla in Hadramout Governorate, South Yemen, to mark the graduation of 450 officers from the Police Academy following the completion of their training.
The media office of Hadramout’s local authority said that Governor Mabkhout bin Madi of Hadramout distributed certificates to the graduating officers, after a military parade attended by prominent military and security commanders.

On February 18, a military parade was held in the capital, Aden, in the presence of the Yemeni Minister of Defense, Lieutenant General Mohsen Al-Daeri, to honor the graduation of a new batch of officers from the Military College.

Yemeni newspaper ‘September 26’ reported that the graduation ceremony was comprised of university students from all governorates within the scope of the internationally recognized government, as well as Yemeni students returning from Sudanese military colleges.
Last July, the Yemeni Ministry of Defense reopened the Military College in Aden, following years of closure due to the war. In the same month, the College of Aviation and Air Defense was opened in the city of Marib, which is the last stronghold of the Yemeni government in North Yemen.
