Aden (South24 Center)Well-informed sources told South24 Center that the power generators arriving in Hadramout Governorate are not an unconditional Saudi grant as has been circulated, but part of an emergency power project governed by an investment contract with Yemen’s Ministry of Electricity and Energy.The sources said the project will operate under a Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) model for six years before ownership is transferred to the state.
