Lamis Mohammed serves as the Head of the Relations and Projects Department at the Regional Office of South24 Center for News and Studies in Aden. With a wealth of experience, she previously worked at the Ministry of Human Rights, where she specialized in translation, managing refugee and displaced persons affairs, and advancing women's development programs. 

Lamis holds a Higher Diploma in Translation (Preparatory Year for a master's degree) from the Translation Center at the University of Aden, alongside a bachelor's degree in English from the Faculty of Education at the same university. She has also completed numerous specialized training programs in human rights.
