Hadramout - Al-Mukalla: Hadramout Coast Security Forces seized military explosive devices during a raid on a suspicious site in the Dis Al-Mukalla area.

Shabwa - Bayhan: A girl died in Shabwa after being hit by a bullet during random gunfire while she was near her home in Bayhan district.

Aden: Two soldiers were wounded in Aden after a grenade was thrown at a security patrol as it intervened to break up a family dispute. Aden Police said the suspect was arrested.

Lahj - Al-Musaymir: A boy was wounded in Lahj by indiscriminate shelling launched by the Iran-aligned Houthi militia on civilian homes in Al-Musaymir district.

Hadramout - Al-Mukalla: Newly appointed Presidential Leadership Council member and Hadramout Governor Salem Al-Khanbashi acknowledged, during an interview with Yemen Podcast, the presence of Al-Qaeda and Houthi elements in Hadramout. He also said Omani aircraft had carried out flights to monitor the movements of Southern forces in Al-Mahra.

Hadramout - Wadi Hadramout: A citizen was killed in Al-Qatn district in Wadi Hadramout by unidentified gunmen, amid calls for the swift arrest of the perpetrators.

Abyan - Lawdar: A security member was wounded in Abyan during armed clashes while attempting to arrest a smuggler of African migrants in Lawdar district.

Aden: Aidarous Al-Zubaidi said in a statement that the Southern Transitional Council forces had been the main force securing the southwestern coast before they were dismantled as a result of the Saudi military campaign and the security vacuum it created. He stressed that they remain present on the ground and called for regional and international coordination to counter the threats posed by Iran and its proxies and to secure the Red Sea and Bab Al-Mandab.

Hadramout - Seiyun: Officer Lafi bin Jaafar Al-Amri was killed by gunmen in the Tarbah area of Seiyun city in Hadramout governorate. Security authorities announced the suspect’s arrest and said the incident stemmed from a personal dispute.

Hadramout - Al-Mukalla, Khalf Area: Al-Mukalla city witnessed the flight of three drones over military sites, prompting air defenses to respond near Al-Rayyan Airport and Al-Dhabah Port in the Khalf area. The responsible party was not identified.

Hodeidah - Al-Khokha: The commander of the First Division in the National Resistance Forces, Yahya Wahish, was killed by an improvised explosive device that targeted his convoy south of Hodeidah. One soldier was also killed and two others were wounded, amid accusations that the Houthis were behind the attack.

Marib - Harib Front: Three soldiers from the Shabwa Defense Forces were killed and two others wounded after a Houthi drone attack targeted a military position on the Harib front in Marib governorate.

Jordan - Amman: Grundberg’s office said a new round of technical meetings of the Military Coordination Committee was held in Amman, with the participation of representatives of the Yemeni government and the Joint Forces, to discuss field developments and strengthen de-escalation efforts based on the outcomes of previous rounds.

AlJawf - Northern AlJawf: A Saudi military team visited several positions of forces loyal to the Yemeni government on the battlefronts in northern AlJawf to review field conditions in the confrontations with the Houthis.

Aden - Dar Saad: Dar Saad Police in Aden announced the arrest of a suspect in a child assault case during a security operation carried out in the Al-Fiyush area.

Aden - Al-Mualla, Crater: Protesters blocked the main road between Crater and Al-Mualla in Aden in protest against the deterioration of electricity service.

Sanaa: The Houthis announced a missile attack targeting sites in Tel Aviv with two ballistic missiles, while confirming a full ban on Israeli navigation in the Red Sea and threatening to escalate their operations in the coming phase.

United States - Washington: Southern leader Amr Al-Bidh said at an event in Washington that the Saudi military campaign against Southern forces contributed to strengthening the Houthis and terrorist organizations, pointing to reports of increased activity by these groups in Shabwa and Hadramout.

Hodeidah - Al-Khokha: National Resistance Security announced the arrest of the main perpetrators involved in the assassination of Brigadier General Yahya Wahish as they attempted to flee via the Al-Khokha coast, saying their confessions revealed direct links to the Houthis.

Aden: Aden Security announced that one protester was wounded during demonstrations in Aden’s Dar Saad district against the deterioration of services. Press sources said the man later died of his injuries.

Hadramout - Al-Mukalla: Hadramout Coast Anti-Narcotics authorities announced the arrest of one of the most dangerous drug smugglers in possession of five kilograms of methamphetamine while he was arriving from a neighboring governorate.

AlDhalea - Murais Front: Southern forces said a Houthi element was killed while conducting reconnaissance and monitoring the movements of Southern forces in the Al-Qahra sector on the Murais front, north of AlDhalea.

Taiz - Mokha: The Red Sea Ports Corporation denied reports that a U.S.-sanctioned vessel had docked and unloaded at Mokha Port, stressing that the port operates in accordance with Yemeni laws and does not receive any sanctioned ships. It condemned the use of its name in misleading reports.

Hadramout - Tarim: Protesters blocked the international road in Tarim district in Wadi Hadramout and set tires on fire in protest against deteriorating services and the collapse of electricity.

Hodeidah - Hays: Violent clashes erupted in Hays district, south of Hodeidah, after Houthi forces launched an attack on positions held by pro-government forces, according to Yemen’s state-run channel.

Shabwa - Ayn District: Two soldiers from the Shabwa Defense Forces were wounded in a Houthi attack targeting border positions in Ayn district.

Aden - Crater: Security forces opened fire to disperse protesters in Crater after they blocked a street in protest against deteriorating services. A circulated video showed one protester wounded by security gunfire near the Maashiq area.

Aden: Aden’s Security Committee warned against attempts to push the protests away from their peaceful nature or exploit them to damage public and private property. It called for avoiding the burning of tires or the disruption of infrastructure.

Aden - Crater: Sources told South24 that an arrest campaign took place in Aden’s Crater district, targeting more than eight people, as security forces reopened roads by force and dispersed protests using armored vehicles. Video footage showed security personnel brutally assaulting a child and a young man with rifle butts. The detainees were later released.

Shabwa - West of Balhaf: The United Kingdom Maritime Trade Operations reported that an armed boat approached a cargo ship 88 nautical miles southwest of Balhaf, Yemen, where an exchange of fire took place before the boat withdrew.

Aden - Al-Mualla: Protesters blocked the main street in Aden’s Al-Mualla district as part of a civil disobedience campaign against deteriorating services. Later the same evening, protesters blocked streets in Al-Mansoura city and set tires on fire.

Aden - Crater: A security source in Aden told South24 Center that the forces that assaulted protesters in Crater do not belong to Aden Security Administration. Press sources said the forces are affiliated with Yousef Al-Alimi, son of Presidential Leadership Council Chairman Rashad Al-Alimi.

Aden - Al-Mualla: Al-Mualla in Aden witnessed a protest denouncing deteriorating services and power outages, amid heavy security deployment and calls for urgent solutions.

Abyan - Al-Mahfad: A military source reported that a soldier from the Southern forces died of wounds he had sustained in a terrorist bombing that took place in Al-Mahfad, Abyan, in October 2025.

Aden - Al-Arish, Al-Mamdara: Ten soldiers were killed and nine others wounded after a weapons depot exploded inside a camp belonging to the Southern Giants Brigades in Al-Mamdara, Aden. Security sources said the incident was caused by a fire resulting from an electrical short circuit, while local sources reported drone activity before the incident.

Hadramout - Seiyun: Seiyun city witnessed civil disobedience in protest against deteriorating services, particularly electricity.

Hodeidah - Southern Hodeidah: The National Resistance Forces announced that they had downed an explosive-laden Houthi drone that attempted to target military positions south of Hodeidah.

Sanaa: The Houthi Foreign Ministry warned against the continuation of what it described as “U.S. aggression” against Iran, affirming its support for Tehran and pointing to potentially serious repercussions for global trade and energy markets.

Aden - Al-Durain: Aden Police announced that one soldier and two Syrian doctors were killed, while four others were wounded, by gunfire from a security guard working at the house of Aden’s governor in Al-Durain area. The police statement said the gunman opened fire randomly, causing the casualties, before he was killed by security forces. Later, activists circulated earlier inciting posts against the Syrian doctor, saying people close to the Islah Party were behind them and had accused the doctor of supporting former Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad.
