Sanaa – North of Sanaa City (approx.): Two people were killed and three others were wounded in a shooting outside a court north of Sanaa city, according to local media. Hadramout – Seiyun: The Yemeni Emergency Forces in Hadramout claimed they arrested a man in possession of four boxes of mortar shells hidden inside his car. |

Hadramout – Al Abr: Two soldiers from the Nation Shield Forces were killed and a third was wounded when an improvised explosive device (IED) hit their vehicle on the Al Abr road in Hadramout. Al Dhalea – Bab Ghalq Front (approx.): A military source reported fierce clashes between the Southern Forces and the Houthis on the Bab Ghalq front north of Al Dhalea. Lahj – Al Musaymir: A military source said the Southern Forces thwarted Houthi infiltration attempts on the Ahamah front in Al Musaymir, north of Lahj. Hadramout – Mukalla: The STC in Hadramout demanded the immediate release of Ali Faraj Al-Tambashi, who it said is being held by Mukalla Security without legal grounds. It also condemned what it described as arbitrary arrests and unlawful pursuit of its leaders and cadres. |

Shabwa – Bayhan: Air defenses of the Southern Giants Forces shot down an Iranian-made Houthi drone over Bayhan district in Shabwa. A field source said the drone was carrying out reconnaissance and surveillance over positions of the Shabwa Defense Forces and the Giants. Lahj – Kirsh: The Southern Forces said they struck Houthi positions and barracks on the Kirsh front in Lahj in response to attacks, warning that any escalation on the border front would be met with force. Aden – Al Mualla: Aden’s governor announced the start of redeploying military units outside the capital, while keeping the Security Belt Forces, police, road security, emergency units, and the Facilities Protection Forces to maintain security inside the city. Aden – Crater: The Southern Giants Forces announced the start of a coordinated redeployment of military units outside Aden with the Arab Coalition, handing over Jabal Hadid camp to the Facilities Protection Forces, while maintaining security services inside the city to protect vital facilities. Aden – Khormaksar: The Security Belt Forces and its affiliated security units were renamed the “National Security Forces,” amid security arrangements in Aden and the redeployment of camps outside the city. Taiz – Taiz: Taiz Police said they received wanted suspect Ghazwan Al-Mikhlafi through Interpol and placed him in detention to complete legal procedures. |

Taiz – Northwest of the City (Air Defence Front) (approx.): Pro-government forces reported clashes with the Houthis on the Air Defence front northwest of Taiz city. Taiz – Yafrus: Pro-government forces said they arrested a man linked to “sleeper” Houthi cells in Yafrus, adding he received specialized training in explosives and operates within those cells. Hadramout – Seiyun: Seiyun Primary Court suspended its work in protest over an assault on its premises by a member of the Yemeni Emergency Forces, according to local sources. Aden – Khormaksar: Aden’s security chief stressed raising readiness and high vigilance, and responding firmly to any emergency affecting security and stability, saying there would be no tolerance for attempts to undermine security or public order. |

Aden – Ja’oula (approx.): Brigadier General Hamdi Shukri, Commander of the Second Brigade of the Southern Giants Forces, survived what officials described as a terrorist assassination attempt after a car bomb targeted his convoy while it was passing through the Ja’oula area north of Aden. Four of his escorts were killed and five others were wounded, and Shukri was also injured. Lahj – Yafa’ (Al-Had Front) (approx.): Houthi forces shelled Southern Forces positions on the Al-Had front in Yafa’ with more than 20 mortar rounds, according to military sources. Taiz – Taiz: Taiz Security said it foiled an attempted IED bombing near a hotel hosting a Chinese delegation and detained four suspects. |

A security source said the situation around the camp was stable and the gunfire was linked to the interception. Shabwa – Bayhan: Air defenses of the Southern Giants Forces shot down an Iranian-made Houthi drone while it was flying over Bayhan district in Shabwa. Aden – Khormaksar: Yemen’s Interior Ministry warned of intentions by the Houthis and terrorist groups to destabilize security and stability in a number of governorates. Lahj – Ras Al-Arah: The Southern Forces said they seized a narcotics shipment off the Ras Al-Arah coast near Bab al-Mandab—119 kg of hashish and 85 kg of “shabu”—and arrested four smugglers aboard the boat used to transport the cargo. |

One Southern soldier was killed and two others were wounded. Al Dhalea – Al-Jub (approx.): The Southern Forces said, in a statement published by the Al Dhalea Military Axis, that they thwarted a Houthi attack northwest of Al Dhalea and struck large gatherings and military equipment in the Al-Jub sector. Aden – Khormaksar: Southern security and military forces deployed across Aden to protect a demonstration in Al-Oroudh Square in Khormaksar, attended by tens of thousands in support of the Southern Transitional Council and calling for an independent state of South Yemen. |
