Hadramout – Al-Khasha’a–Al-Abr International Road (approx.): Two officers and two soldiers of the Southern Forces were killed when an IED detonated targeting a military vehicle while securing the Al-Khasha’a–Al-Abr international road.

Abyan – Wadi Omran (approx.): One soldier was killed and another wounded as the 6th Support and Backup Brigade repelled an Al-Qaeda attack on one of its positions in Wadi Omran.

Al-Mahra – Al-Abr Checkpoint (approx.): Al-Ghaydah police announced the seizure of a vehicle at Al-Abr checkpoint carrying 13 tank shells and 11 heavy-weapon charges.

Al-Bayda – Al-Arad Village (approx.): Houthi militias stormed Al-Arad village and abducted around 20 civilians.

Taiz – Eastern Front (approx.): Clashes erupted between government-aligned forces and the Houthis on Taiz’s eastern front amid heavy Houthi shelling.

Shabwa – Al-Maseena: Two Southern Forces soldiers were killed in an Al-Qaeda attack in the Al-Maseena area.

Taiz – Eastern Areas (approx.): Two government soldiers were killed in clashes with Houthi forces in eastern Taiz.

Lahj – Wadi Al-Musayab, Yafa’a (approx.): A Houthi drone targeted civilians in Wadi Al-Musayab in Yafa’a, according to a South24 military source.

Marib – Wadi Abidah (approx.): A U.S. airstrike killed Al-Qaeda sharia official Abu Ubaidah Al-Hadrami and another leader, Anis Al-Hasali, targeting a militant site in Wadi Abidah.

Hadramout – Wadi Hadramout (approx.): Hadrami Elite Forces announced the seizure of approximately 10 tons of narcotics inside warehouses belonging to the First Military Region in Wadi Hadramout.

Wednesday 10/12/2025

Shabwa – Al-Maseena: Two Southern Forces soldiers were killed in an Al-Qaeda attack in Al-Maseena. A local source told South24 that Southern Forces repelled a large-scale assault involving mortar fire and a drone.

Thursday 11/12/2025

Hadramout – Seiyun International Airport: Seiyun International Airport in Hadramout was closed and all scheduled flights for Thursday were canceled.

Shabwa – Al-Maseena: Southern Forces said they clashed with Al-Qaeda elements in Al-Maseena, inflicting heavy losses.

Friday 12/12/2025

Shabwa – Near Arin Camp / Al-Uqlah Oil Area (approx.): Three soldiers were killed and seven others wounded in an attack by armed elements near Arin Camp in Shabwa’s Al-Uqlah oil area. Southern Forces said the attackers were affiliated with the Muslim Brotherhood.
