Al-Dhalea – Al-Thukhab (Approx.): A soldier from the Southern Armed Forces was killed and two others were wounded, while a number of Houthi militia members were killed during fierce clashes in the Al-Thukhab sector, northwest of Al-Dhalea. Southern forces also targeted large Houthi تجمعات in the Al-Jab sector, northwest of Al-Dhalea, and thwarted a Houthi attack. Aden – Khormaksar: Security services arrested four suspects, including mosque preachers, on charges of collaborating with the Houthi militias. They confessed to traveling to Sanaa and Saada to receive religious mobilization courses supervised by Houthi leaders. Hadramout – Seiyun: The Saudi-backed Hadramout National Council announced that Northern Emergency Forces had begun handing over their positions to the “Dera’ Al-Watan” forces in Hadramout. Later, it emerged that the Northern Emergency Forces had reinforced their presence in the governorate. Hadramout – Al-Dيس Al-Sharqiyah: A security checkpoint in Al-Dيس Al-Sharqiyah intercepted convoys coming from the eastern districts toward Mukalla to participate in an event called for by the Southern Transitional Council (STC). Hadramout – Seiyun: The STC in Hadramout condemned the detention of participants by Yemeni Emergency Forces as they returned from the Mukalla event on Friday at the Al-Ghurfah checkpoint in Wadi Hadramout, confirming the confiscation of their belongings and the lack of information about their fate. It held the local authority and the Emergency Forces responsible for the detainees’ safety, calling for their immediate release and disclosure of their whereabouts. Taiz – Jabal Habashi (Approx.): Pro-government forces announced they targeted Houthi equipment during the construction of new military positions in Jabal Habashi district. Hadramout – Mukalla: The Anti-Narcotics Department in the Hadramout Coast seized a drug trafficking gang in Mukalla, in possession of hashish and “shabu” (methamphetamine), as well as weapons. Al-Dhalea – Batar Front (Approx.): Southern forces thwarted a Houthi attack on the Batar front, north of Al-Dhalea, inflicting heavy losses on the Houthis in close-range clashes that resulted in Houthi killed and wounded, according to a military source. Taiz – Jabal Habashi (Jabal Al-Munam) (Approx.): Pro-government forces targeted Houthi تجمعات in Jabal Al-Munam in Jabal Habashi district, Taiz. The strikes resulted in five killed and wounded. Hadramout – Mukalla: Security and military forces at Mukalla Central Prison foiled a riot by inmates convicted of serious criminal cases who attempted to escape, resulting in injuries among inmates and security personnel. Al-Dhalea (Al-Dhalea City): A Saudi reconnaissance drone resumed flights over Al-Dhalea city after a stoppage of several days, according to a South24 correspondent. Lahj – Ras Al-Arah (Approx.): Local residents in Ras Al-Arah, Lahj, reported spotting unidentified aerial objects passing over the area, believed to be missiles launched by the Houthi group toward the sea. Hadramout – Al-Wadiah Border Crossing: Joint Forces announced the seizure of nearly 3,000 narcotic pills in two separate operations at the Al-Wadiah crossing while they were being smuggled to Saudi Arabia. Amran – Harf Sufyan (Approx.): Tribal clashes erupted in Harf Sufyan district, Amran governorate, following the assassination of a tribal sheikh, according to Joint Forces media. Shabwa – Ataq: Yemen’s Ministry of Interior announced the arrest of a suspect in Shabwa allegedly involved in terrorist bombings that took place in Tor Al-Bahah, Lahj. Saada – Qatabir (Approx.): Houthi media reported that two African migrants were injured by Saudi artillery shelling on the outskirts of the border district of Qatabir, Saada. Taiz – Northeast Taiz City (Al-Hamd Front) (Approx.): Fighting resumed between pro-government forces and the Houthi militias on the Al-Hamd front northeast of Taiz city. Sanaa – New York: The United Nations said the Houthis stormed six unmanned UN offices in Sanaa and moved communications equipment and vehicles to an unknown location. Al-Dhalea – Al-Sha'ib (Bani Musallam) (Approx.): Southern forces said a woman was wounded and several homes were damaged in Bani Musallam area in Al-Sha'ib district due to mortar and artillery shelling carried out by tribes backed by the Houthis. Al-Dhalea – Bab Ghalq Sector (Approx.): Southern forces announced they repelled a Houthi infiltration attempt in the Bab Ghalq sector in Al-Dhalea, saying they inflicted losses in lives and equipment. Lahj – Kirsh: A military source told South24 that Houthi militias shelled Southern forces positions on the Kirsh fronts in Lahj with mortar rounds. Lahj (Near Bab Al-Mandab) (Approx.): Southern forces in Lahj announced the interception of a boat carrying 181 undocumented African migrants and three Yemeni sailors near Bab Al-Mandab, as it was heading toward Shaqra in Abyan.
